Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement"). Please note that we reserve the right to change the terms that govern your use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

Due to unpredictable circumstance, we may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. We reserve the right to change, move or delete portions of, or may add to our Site from time to time without prior notice.

The information on our Site, and the Site as a whole, is intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software. 
 

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Freemans Sporting Club on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain Freemans Sporting Club property.

Freemans Sporting Club takes your privacy as seriously as our own. As a result, please be assured that we will not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.
The personally identifiable information that you provide to us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. We also use Pixel Tags to collect additional information regarding your browsing experience.
This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient and to provide you with a more relevant and timely brand and shopping experience.
This information may also be shared with our third party service providers that assist us with our marketing efforts and with other marketers whose products or services we feel may be of interest to you. Credit card information, including full name, billing address and shipping address as well as your email address are used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it.

After you place an order at www.freemanssportingclub.com, we use this information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number in it. On some occasions, we may contact you via email or over the phone if we have questions regarding your order. 
 

SECURITY

As with your privacy, protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the Site address will change from "http" to "https." Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you won't be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through a secure connection. 
 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards. Credit cards will not be charged until the order is packed for shipment, with the exception of preorders.

SHIPPING

Due to the current events of COVID-19, all domestic ground shipping is free. United States shipping is done via UPS and USPS and fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections on our check-out page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that will include your tracking number. Freemans Sporting Club is not responsible for lost or stolen product.

 

International Shipping 

For International shipments Freemans Sporting Club uses UPS and DHL Express door-to-door delivery service within 1-3 business days. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. If client is shipping to a destination outside the U.S., tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government in addition to Freemans Sporting Club's shipping cost. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

 

 

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY 

All full-priced items purchased online with the exception of preorders or exclusives. To initiate a return, or exchange and receive a return label please contact websupport@freemanssportingclub.com
Shopper is responsible for return shipping.
 

All sale items, discounted items, and preorders are final sale. No refunds / No returns/ No price adjustments. 
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. Customer is responsible for return shipment.
 
Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box or the return will be denied. Packing slips must accompany all returned merchandise.
We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. Freemans Sporting Club is not responsible for missing packages.
 
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. Freemans Sporting Club will be unable to process your exchange without having received back to us your original order. In the event that merchandise is out of stock and we cannot process an exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Note: Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that the return is a result of our error or in the case of damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded. If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email before sending merchandise back to us.
 
Freemans Sporting Club reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please note that all online orders must be returned to Freemans Sporting Club Online only. Items purchased from www.freemanssportingclub.com cannot be returned to any of our physical store locations.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, special orders, phone orders or international orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
 

STORE RETURNS

If you purchase an item at any of our store locations our store polices apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with receipt within 14 days of purchase. Returns shipped to our Website Returns Address are not accepted.
 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We will be happy to refund you the difference if your full price purchased item is marked down within 7 days.
This does not apply to a sale item that is marked down further, nor does it apply to a store purchase.
