At this time, we are not engaging in any formal wholesale. But the sky's the limit for more specific projects.

We offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders of $200 or more.
At this time, we cannot accommodate in-store pick ups. All online orders must include a shipping address. Similarly, no products purchased online can be returned, exchanged, or refunded in-store. Please email websupport@freemanssportingclub.com for questions regarding online orders, or for assistance with a return, exchange, or online credit.
We ship Wednesday through Friday during normal business hours.
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of processing, but may take additional time under special circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. If there is anything out of the ordinary or unexpected delay, we will do our best to get in touch as soon as possible.
Due to the large increase of online orders, orders are fulfilled between 2-5 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates are determined by volumetric weight and destination at point of purchase. Typically, domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, while international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL Express. Domestic carriers are chosen at our discretion, and will always be traceable.
Freemans Sporting Club is not responsible for the payment of customs, taxes or duties in your country, or for merchandise lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit. Failure to settle import duties and taxes may result in the delayor loss of your purchase.

Please note that orders must be returned or exchanged via the same channel through which they were originally purchased: web orders via web return, physical store purchases via the same store where they were purchased.
Freemans Sporting Club reserves the right to discontinue, alter, grant exceptions to, or otherwise change our return and exchange policy as needed with or without notice. Freemans Sporting Club also reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

ONLINE PURCHASES
Customer is responsible for return shipment costs. To initiate a return, or exchange and receive a return label please contact us.

PHYSICAL STORE RETURNS
If you purchase an item at any of our store locations, then that store's policies apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with receipt within 14 days of purchase on full priced products. All custom clothing, collaborations and exclusives are FINAL SALE. Returns shipped to our Website Returns Address are not accepted at any physical store location and will be returned to sender.

14 DAY RULE
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. Customer is responsible for return shipment, unless otherwise noted.

MERCHANDISE CONDITION
Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact. Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box or the return will be denied.
Please include all original packing slips and receipts that accompanied the shipment.

SHIPPING
We recommend using a traceable carrier and insuring the full value of the merchandise when returning items to us. Freemans Sporting Club is not responsible for missing packages.

SPECIAL ORDERS & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, special orders, phone orders and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. Freemans Sporting Club cannot process your exchange without having received back to us your original order. You will receive a confirmation (usually by email) when your exchange or refund is processed.

OUT OF STOCK
In the event that merchandise is out of stock and we cannot process your purchase or exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost if applicable. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that the return is a result of our error or in the case of damaged or shipment of the incorrect merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded. Damages or loss in transit is the responsibility of the returning party.

Gift Certificates do not expire.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively.
